An exquisite tiny silver salt cellar with a glass liner and miniature spoon includes an even smaller pepper shaker, signed "Asahi Sterling, 950." This is more pure than American sterling silver at 925/1000.
Size is 2" x 1 1/2" and 1 1/2" tall.
There is a wood box with a signature label from the silversmith, "Asahi Shoten, Yokahama & Tokyo," see photos. Size is 3" x 2 1/2" and 2" tall.
