An exceptional quality dining table from the 1930's is mahogany with an acanthus carved "birdcage" pedestal base. There are three original 10 1/2" wide leaves with flame grain skirts that match the table.
The restored deep finish is in excellent condition on this American made vintage furniture. The maker's signature is lost. A reciprocating gear slide mechanism opens and closes smoothly.
Measurements are 44" wide, 29 1/2" tall, legroom is 16" and length when closed is 64," with all three leaves in place, length is 95 1/2" overall.
