A stacking file from about 1910 is quarter sawn oak with 3 standard file drawers, 7 smaller drawers and a large cabinet underneath with adjustable shelves. This cabinet was made for the City of Los Angeles.
The restored deep finish is in excellent condition, preserving just enough mars at the edges for a little antique character. Hardware and label holders are solid brass on this American made library or office furniture.
There are three standard 10 x 12 letter files with adjustable pushers. Seven drawers across the top fit up to 5" x 10" papers and also have adjustable pushers. Standard modules fit securely together.
Dimensions are 42 1/2" wide, 27" deep and 62" tall.
