Minton Gold Rim Oval Platter, She Flies with her Own Wings Motto #29537

A signed "Minton" fine china oval platter from England bears a Latin family motto inscription, translated roughly, "She flies with her own wings." There are minor stains, scratches and rubbing to the hand applied gold.
There is a shrinkage crack from the factory in the bottom rim, see photos, that does not go through or be visible from the front.
Size is 16" x 11 1/2" and 2" tall.
