From the days before plumbing, this dry sink was hand hewn about 1850 of solid curly or "tiger" maple with chamfered chestnut door panels and a plank of walnut work area in Ohio.
The old low luster finish is in very fine condition, preserving lots of stains, dings and losses, see photos. There are shrinkage separations from age on this antique kitchen pantry furniture. Square cut nailheads and hand planing marks are everywhere, there is a warp from age to one door.
