This stacking "lawyer's" bookcase has three sections with beveled and leaded glass doors plus a drop front desk and drawer. Dating from about 1900, this is quarter sawn oak with original coppery patinated hardware.
The old restored finish is in very fine condition on this American made antique library or office furniture. The base and top are also separate stacking modules.
Two sections fit books up to 9 1/2" wide and 12" tall, one up to 8 1/2" tall.
Overall size is 34" wide, 13" deep and 72 1/2" tall, the desktop is 29" high.
