Created for a carpenter as a workbench, this rugged early 1900's piece could also serve as a kitchen island, wine and cheese tasting table or tv console. Solid maple, pine and oak, there is an iron clamp or vise at one end. The recessed tray kept parts and tools from rolling away, there is a shelf below.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving lots of mars and stains for antique character. The "butcher block" top lifts off for easier delivery.
Measurements are 70" long with the vise, 23 1/2" deep and 36" tall.
