A traditional three section stacking "lawyer's" bookcase from about 1915 is signed by famous maker, "Globe Wernicke of Cincinnati." Crafted of birch hardwood, the top and base are also separate stacking modules.
The dark restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few mars and irregularities at the edges for a little antique character. This office or library furniture is American made. Sections fit books up to 10" wide and 9," 11," and 13" tall.
Overall size is 36" wide, 12" deep and 49" tall.
