A large triple bookcase is solid walnut with burl panels from the late Victorian or Eastlake period about 1870. Three doors have original wavy glass.
The original finish has wear, mars and stains, and has been preserved with clear varnish on this American made antique library furniture. Three separate banks of shelves are adjustable. Drawers have old pulls and hand cut dovetail joints.
Size is 76" wide tip to tip at the crown, 28 " deep and 95 " tall and will accommodate books up to 12 3/4 " deep in middle bookcase and 8 1/2" deep in the side bookcase. It does disassemble for moving.
