A palatial custom made console or sofa table was carved in the Baroque manner with a few Rococo flourishes, signed "Made in Italy, '95." The shaped marble top is polished and has very little wear.
The original deep genuine 24k gold leaf finish is subtly burnished by hand, allowing hints of the red ocher underneath to show through in classic Italian fashion. Sturdy and strong, bases have center finials between the legs.
Measurements are 59" wide, 21" deep and 35 1/2" tall.
