This three section stacking "lawyer's" bookcase from about 1905 is signed by famous maker, "Macey," and is also useful in a bathroom for towels and accessories. The Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak design is quarter sawn oak, the doors each have three panes of original wavy glass.
The original finish is very well preserved with just enough mars, stains and wear for a little antique character. American made Craftsman library furniture, the base and top are also separate stacking modules.
Books up to 10 1/2" wide and 9" tall fit in the top section, lower sections fit up to 13" tall.
Overall size is 34 1/2" wide, 12 1/2" deep and 52 1/2" tall.
