This Steinway & Sons Model M grand piano from 1923 is in remarkably fine original condition, with the touch and resonant sound expected from America's finest maker. This model is still made, and currently sells for over 60,000.
The classic mahogany case has a warm old finish in good condition with lots of fine "crazing" or crackling from age and significant scratches and wear, see photos.
Tuned and serviced, this musical instrument in very fine playing condition. The soundboard is intact, the easy to play action is responsive and quick. There are minor chips and cracks to the original key tops, see photos.
Size is 66" long, 57" wide and 39" tall.
There is storage under the seat of the coordinating bench, which has a restored finish in excellent condition. Measurements are 36" wide, 15" deep and 20 1/2" tall.
