A 1900 era "lawyer's" stacking bookcase is quarter sawn oak with old wavy glass doors, signed by famous maker, "Globe Wernicke." Books up to 9 1/2" wide fit, two sections up to 8 1/2" tall plus one each up to 10" and 12" tall fit.
The restored deep finish is in excellent condition on this antique American made library or office furniture. Bases and tops are also separate stacking modules. Coppery hardware is original.
Overall measurements are 34" wide, 13" deep and 58" tall.
