Child's Antique Secretary Desk, Bookcase

Made for a lucky child about 1900, this dropfront secretary desk has an upper bookcase section with glass doors. It is made of mahogany with curly burl panels and the warm brown finish is in very good condition.
Brass hardware is original on this miniature American antique furniture, which shows Arts and Crafts influence, recalling the stacking bookcases from the same era.
Inside are tiny compartments and a drawer. Dimensions are 29" wide, 16" deep and 49" tall, the writing surface is 19" above the floor.
