Ethan Allen Italian Olive Burl Vintage Secretary Desk & Bookcase

A sweet diminutive secretary desk from about 40 years ago is signed "Made in Italy" for "Ethan Allen."

The original "distressed" finish is in extremely fine condition on genuine olive burl with fruitwood banding. Waxed and buffed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its warm patina.

The drawers and upper bookcase are lined with wall paper. The bookcase is 5" deep and the key operates both locks on this vintage European made furniture. Hardware is original, the upper section is separate for easier moving.

Measurements of this Tuscan desk are 23" wide, 16" deep, 76" tall and the desktop is 28" high.
