A classical and refined collector cabinet for silver, china or curio display was hand crafted in France about 1900.
Mahogany with fluted columns and hand carved detailing, the original finish is exceptionally well preserved with only minor mars at the edges. Waxed and buffed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to preserve the warm patina.
There is a gallery around the top for additional display space. All glass windows are beveled, interior plate glass shelves are adjustable.
Six hand dovetailed drawers and the door share a snugly fitted key for original brass locks.
Dimensions of this sophisticated European cabinet are 39" wide, 19" deep and 65" tall.
