Carved of walnut in France in the early 1900's, this triple armoire was adapted to a china or curio display cabinet. Artistic hand detailing is beautiful.
The old finish is very well preserved. There are minor mars at the edges various irregularities from age and a long mar on the lower left side, see photos. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain its antique patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.
The center door lock works, side door keys are handles only, those locks do not work. Interior mirrors, adjustable glass shelves and lights are later. Side doors have shaped and beveled glass on this European furniture, which can be disassembled for easier moving.
Measurements are 5' 3" wide, 19" deep, 7' 11" tall and interior depth is 13."
