Crafted in the Georgian manner about 1940, a mahogany secretary desk has claw and ball feet.

The locking drop front has "automatic" supports. Inside are tiny cubicles and drawers for papers plus secret compartments. Dovetailed lower drawers have gracefully curved "oxbow" fronts, hardware is original. The gleaming finish is in excellent condition on glowing mahogany.
