A Gothic design floor lamp was hand crafted in France as a large candlestick about 1870, and converted to a floor lamp in the 1920's.
- Antique European Gothic design lighting fixture
- Solid quarter sawn oak with a painted "candle"
- The old finish has been waxed and buffed preserving dings, mars, and shrinkage separations from age. All that is needed to maintain the soft luster is an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Frosted glass shade is later and removable
- Rewired with a modern standard socket base, bulb not included.
Size is 10.5" across and height is 56".
