Japanese Antique 1900 Jewelry Chest, Marquetry & Hand Painted Lacquer
An exquisite jewelry chest was hand crafted about 1900 in Japan, and has intricately inlaid marquetry of ash and genuine rosewood, the interior is hand painted lacquer.
The original finish on has been waxed and buffed, so all that is needed to maintain the warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. Hand wrought pulls are original on this Asian antique.
Measurements are 14" wide, 8" deep and 17" tall.
