This "Morris" chair has four adjustable positions, and is quite comfortable. This early recliner dates from about 1900.

The solid quarter sawn oak frame is tight and strong, the deep finish is in excellent condition. Incised carving and spiral spindles are beautiful. Zippered cushions are quite firm and have soft recent upholstery that is unworn.

This American made antique furniture measures 30" wide, 36" deep, 40" tall and the seat is 16" high.
