This roll top solid oak cabinet is all original, made to hold railroad passenger tickets with tin holders and ball paper weights. Dating from about 1900, the signature reads, "Rand McNally of Chicago, etc."
There is loads of antique character - stains, wear and dings on this train station furniture. The roll glides smoothly but the incomplete lock does not work. Tin ticket trays slide out, some are missing the ball weights.
Size is 21 1/2" wide, 14 1/2" deep and 34 1/2" tall.
