This lovely lingerie chest has seven drawers, one for each day of the week, In France it is referred to as a "semanier" or weekly chest.
Meticulously crafted of mahogany, drawers have solid mahogany sides. Embossed brass hardware is original. The finish is superb on this vintage French furniture from about 50 years ago. There is a repair on the lower left side, see photo.
Dimensions are 21" wide, 19" deep and 45" tall.
