Spinning Wheel for Wool, 1860 Antique

Hand crafted about 1860, this spinning wheel for wool appears to be in working condition, but we have no spinner here to test it.

Oak, ash and maple hardwoods are secured with wooden pegs. The finish is in very fine condition on this American made antique. A wooden screw adjusts the little comb and spool which has restorations and losses as shown. Although this nostalgic wheel can be disassembled, shipping can be as much as $200, so it may be better to pick it up or ship with other items.

Overall size is 34" long, 33" tall and 15" wide.
