Victorian 1870 Antique Oval Shadow Box

A lovely oval Victorian 1870 period shadow box has a presumably original chenille arrangement which could be removed to display anything else - it could be hung vertically or horizontally.
The finish is excellent on solid walnut, with finger dovetails at the joints. Inside is a gold liner, the white sides have been repainted and the back panel replaced decades ago.
American made, measurements of this nostalgic antique are 22" x 19" and 3 1/2" deep.
