From the late Victorian or Eastlake period, this stellar roll top desk has beautiful carved floral motifs and a spindle gallery for books.
- American antique 1890s office or library furniture

- Solid carved walnut with figured walnut burl panels
- Older finish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish
- Minor mars, some losses, & shrinkage separations from age - see photos
- Brass hardware is original
- Drawers have dovetail joints

- Recent leather on desk surface & on two pull out writing surfaces
- Large file drawer with wooden dividers
