In exceptionally nice condition, a "Vienna regulator" type wall clock dates from about 1880. The burnished brass pendulum and dial are richly embossed, and the face on the pendulum is especially charming.
An accurate runner, the slide-out brass 8 day movement has been professionally cleaned and oiled, it strikes the hour and half. The walnut case has an excellent finish, there is a warp on the left side of the door and a few mars at the edges, see photos.
Expertly crafted in Austria or Germany, measurements of this Victorian antique are 14" wide, 6" deep and 30" tall.
