Expertly crafted of mahogany about 1915, this Georgian design dining set includes a 5' round table with six leaves and eight chairs, all newly upholstered.
The shimmering renewed finish is in excellent condition on solid mahogany on this American made antique furniture. The table has a center leg for extra support when opened. Understated moldings are beautiful. Leaves are 15" wide and have matching skirts or aprons.
The table measures 60" round when closed, 30 1/2" tall with a 25" apron. With all six 15" leaves in place, overall size is 12' 6" long.
Chairs are signed "John D. Raab, Grand Rapids, Mich." The armchairs measure 27" wide, 22" deep and 38" tall, the seats are 16" deep and 19" tall. The side chairs measure 20" wide, 20" deep and 38" tall, the seat is 15" deep and 19" tall.
