A richly hand engraved tea kettle from Persia, now Iran, has a brazier burner and stand, dating from around 75 years ago.
Fine artistry is delicate on this antique kettle, which is tin lined. In the stand is a brazier basket for hot coals to boil tea water. A passage tube through the kettle speeds heating on this Near Eastern antique. The base is ventilated and feet are heavy cast brass.
Size is 16" across and 42" tall.
