A corner cabinet was hand crafted of poplar hardwood in Ohio about 1840. Upper doors have pegged joints and mostly original wavy glass panes on this American made country furniture.
The old finish is very well preserved with warm antique patina, there are just enough mars, stains and wear for a little character. Lower doors have hand chamfered panels. There are cut square nails. The interior is painted and has rails to display plates if desired.
Measurements are 50" wide tip to tip at the crown, 87" tall and sides are 36" from the corner of the room to the front tip of the crown molding.
