A classic Craftsman period rolltop desk from about 1915 is boldly grained quarter sawn oak. The "C" shaped roll glides smoothly. An embossed signature is "Standard," and the lock is "Yale," there is no key.
The restored deep finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few stains and mars at the edges for antique character, see photos. Inside are drawers of various sizes, a 3x5 card file with adjustable pusher and cubicles for papers. The key for the compartment is a handle only, the lock does not work.
Deep drawers have dovetailed joints, there is a file drawer plus two pull out shelves. Legs have brass feet from the days of mopping floors.

Dimensions are 65 1/2" wide, 35 1/2" deep, 43 1/2" tall, the desk top is 31" high, and the kneehole is 25 1/2" wide and just over 25" high.
