A "Morris" or recliner chair is from the Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak period about 1905. Solid quarter sawn oak with authentic mortise and tenon joints, cushions are newly upholstered.
The restored finish is in very fine condition, preserving a few shrinkage separations for a little antique character. There is a double chain mechanism to tilt the back of this American made Craftsman furniture. Cushions are zippered for easier cleaning.
Measurements when in the upright position are 34 1/2" wide, 35" deep, 43" tall and the seat is 16" high.
