This Victorian period bookcase from about 1890 was hand crafted in England of mahogany. The upper bookcase has adjustable shelves, original wavy glass and a bead board back.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this antique library furniture, preserving just enough mars and shrinkage separations from age for a little antique character, see photos.
Drawers have original solid brass pulls and hand cut dovetail joints. Doors have working locks. The upper section is removable for easier delivery.
Dimensions are 43" wide tip to tip, 19" deep and 83" tall.
