A set of six Victorian period dining chairs have "pressback" carving and were crafted of solid elm and oak hardwood about 1900. Comfortable caned seats are recent.
The recently restored finish is in very good condition, preserving stains and mars for a little antique character, see photos. American made furniture, frames have been reglued to serve another generation.
Measurements are 17 1/2" wide, 21" deep, 40" tall and seats are 18" high.
