Shipper: Harp Pack - USPS/Fed Ex
A miniature plaque of knights in armor parading with horses is in high relief on this hand crafted work of art, signed "HW 999" with crown and lion silver hallmarks.
The signature is by master silversmith, "Henryk Winograd," who was born in Russia in 1917 and died in New York in 2008. He is famed for his work in "repousse" technique, meaning "re-pushed" or hammered from the back side. He worked in pure "999" silver, 99.9% pure, as opposed to standard sterling silver at 92.5%. His artistic creations are collected in museums and private collections.
The self framed scene has a hanging loop and velvet back.
Dimensions are 3 5/8" x 2 3/4" tall excluding the hanging ring and 1/2" deep.
