This country jelly cupboard dates from about 1890, and was used on a Wisconsin farm to hold jars of jam and jelly from the fall harvest to last to the next fall.
Of course, there was a lock to keep out hungry children, but the lock no longer works. Door panels have a "press" carved design.
Solid maple cabinetry, the warm brown finish is excellent. Measurements of this antique farmhouse kitchen furniture are 39" wide, 16" deep and 50" tall.
