Country Pine Antique Welsh Dresser, Sideboard or Pantry Pewter Cupboard, British

A country pine "Welsh Dresser" or pewter cupboard from Great Britain was hand crafted about 1860.

The waxed finish has wonderful warm patina on this old wormy pine English furniture. Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints, there are wooden pegs at the joints and square cut nails. There are losses, mars, shrinkage separations from age and stains for antique character. Brass hardware is antique but not original. There are wrought iron cup hooks on the upper gallery, which is removable.

Measurements are 60" wide at the crown, 19" deep, 75 1/2" tall and the base cabinet is 34" high.
