This elegant traditional dining table includes an 11' 8" long table with banding and three leaves said to be from famous maker "E J Victor," but not signed. This table is listed on the E J Victor website. The bold grain and color is magnificent on this set, scaled for an important sized dining area.
In beautiful condition, this gracious and comfortable furniture is about one year old. The table is dramatic matched flame or "cathedral" grain mahogany, banded in satinwood, rosewood, tulipwood and ebony, solid mahogany pedestals have brass feet.
Three 22" wide leaves have matching aprons and fit and match perfectly. There are only tiny irregularities on the table, which has rich warm color.
Table dimensions are 47" wide, 30" tall, 6' 2" long when closed, and length with all three leaves in place is 11' 8" total.
This dining table is a modern reproduction or replica of 18th Century Georgian or Federal Period furniture. These famous designs are prestigious classics, which are new or almost new from famous American table makers. Sometimes they are from designer showrooms, furniture trade shows, or custom order cancellations. Sets are offered at a price far less than furniture stores, and therefore the original signatures are removed by the makers. After carefully inspecting these traditional tables they are polished as needed. There are only very tiny mars or scratches, and we proudly present this historic and impeccable furniture at remarkable savings.
Chairs are sold separately for $250 each, the table easily accommodates 12.
