Hand-carved of walnut about 1930, this grand curio or china cabinet has great storage. The original warm brown finish is excellent, front and sides are gracefully curved. This beautiful cabinet has the original brass hardware including galleries on the shelves. There are also the original working locks plus shaped and beveled glass panes.
Stunning artistry is shown in the Rococco shell crest and deeply carved and raised carved panels. Very solid master craftsmanship in this traditional style originates around Milan in northern Italy, called the Piedmont region.
This elegant antique furniture is two pieces for easier moving. Dimensions are 5' wide, 18" deep and 7' 1" tall.
