Signed by noted maker, "Saginaw of Michigan," this classic breakfront from about 1950 is a beautiful china, curio cabinet, or bookcase. The matched mahogany wood has an excellent finish, there are a few mars at the edges. Locks and keys are operational.
The center drawer is a pull out desk with a gold tooled leather writing surface that has some wear, see photos. For easier moving, the upper section is a separate piece. Behind grillwork in the doors is convex or "bubble" glass.
Interior glass shelves are adjustable and have a few scratches, see photos. The interior is lighted, there is a slight warp to the right of center door. Brass hardware is original on this American made vintage furniture. Measurements are 59" wide, 16" deep and 81" tall.
