Schumann Hyundai G85 6'10" Ebony Grand Piano by Samick

This imposing ebony grand piano was made in 1987, signed "Schumann" model and built by Samick for "Hyundai." On the fallboard over the keys is a brass plate engraved by the Illinois piano dealer "Stresney & Sons."

Tone is rich, warm and resonant as would be expected with a large artist size grand piano. Mechanical action is tight and the soundboard is intact on this classic design musical instrument.

The original ebony lacquer finish has been hand polished to a silky touch, there are small scratches and blemishes, see photos. A wing support raises to two positions, the music desk is also adjustable.

Measurements are 6' 10" long, 61" wide and 40" tall with the wing lowered.

The bench has inside music storage, there is a tiny cut to one end of the upholstered seat. Size is 29" long, 15" deep and 20" tall.
