French Carved Walnut 1900 Antique Full Size Bed

A lovely 1900 era hand carved bed from France fits a standard full size mattress as shown. The original finish on walnut with diamond matched panels is very well preserved.
Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain its warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. The high relief carving shows masterful artistry on this European antique furniture.
There are various warps and twists from age, see photos. An upholstered "bunky board" or platform is included to use instead of a spring unit, the mattress in photos is 12" thick.
Measurements are 61" wide and 81" long. The Headboard is 66" tall and the footboard is 36" tall.
