About 40 years old, this narrow secretary desk from Italy has a shaped and beveled glass door with a curio cabinet top, upholstered in silk moire.

Fruitwood with inlaid banding and elm burl, the original finish is very well preserved, with the irregularities of natural burl, see photos. Locks and keys work.

Measurements of this graceful and elegant vintage furniture are 24 1/2" wide, 16" deep, 75" tall and the writing surface is 28" high.
