Crafted of solid quarter sawn oak about 1900, this roll top desk has raised panels and a smooth gliding "S" shaped roll. The satiny finish is excellent, there are small mars and stains for antique character, see photos.
Inside are tiny compartments, drawers and pen holders, all with original brass hardware pulls or label holders. Below is a large file drawer plus two pull out shelves for extra work area. Deep lower drawers have dovetailed joints, the two top drawers have different pulls, see photos.
