A country primitive farmhouse jelly cupboard has sturdy shelves to hold home made jam and jelly from the fall harvest season. This antique kitchen pantry furniture was hand crafted of poplar hardwood about 1870. The lock is missing, possibly removed by hungry children.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made cabinet, preserving lots of stains, mars and losses for antique character, see photos. Doors have reverse raised panels, there are square cut nails.
Size is 44" wide, 17" deep and 57" tall.
